Ajita Shah’s path into healing started early. As a child she was unusually tuned in to the emotional undercurrent of adult conversations, picking up on worries about health, money, work, and relationships, and feeling a strong instinct to help. By her teen years, she was exploring energy and intuition more consciously and seeing enough change and relief in real time that it stayed with her.
She later grounded that sensitivity in formal study, earning advanced training in psychology (including a master’s level background) and building a clinical practice. Early on, she also learned the hard lesson that insight does not automatically become transformation. People could understand their patterns and still remain stuck inside them. That gap became the question that shaped her life’s work.
Over decades, Ajita developed OmniSource Healing (OSH), a mind, body, and soul approach that blends subtle energy and frequency work with practical guidance around behavior, boundaries, and nervous system regulation. Clients often find her after they have tried the usual routes and still feel trapped in the same loops. Many are entrepreneurs, leaders, and high performers who look successful from the outside but feel chronically pressured, over responsible, or emotionally flat on the inside. Others come with a single presenting issue, but quickly realize it is connected to the wider ecosystem of their life.
Ajita is known for being warm and direct. She holds a steady, non judgmental space, then tells the truth about what is actually happening, so the work can move from awareness into real change. Much of her early work grew through referrals rather than marketing, because results traveled faster than branding.
Alongside private work, she hosts Becoming Unlimited, a free weekly healing and awakening circle, and she has adapted her framework for corporate settings through Inner OS, a practical model for inner regulation and conscious leadership that supports clearer decisions, steadier teams, and sustainable performance.
As a podcast guest, Ajita shares grounded stories and tools for shifting entrenched patterns, regulating the inner world behind outer success, and building a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
