Midlife Coach for Women

I know what it feels like to hold everything together while quietly falling apart.
I did everything right. Devoted wife. Stay at home mom. Responsible daughter. Supporter of everyone around me. Then life cracked everything open at once.
Cancer at 40 — which led to a deeper reckoning with who I was and what wasn't working. Divorce after a 20 year marriage. Single parenting two teenagers while rebuilding my career from scratch. Going from stay at home mom to successful professional with no roadmap and no safety net.
I didn't just survive those chapters. I used them.
I became a coach in 2005, long before it was mainstream. I coached everyone and everything. Then, because my daughters needed a provider, I took my skills into nonprofit leadership — Director of House Operations at Ronald McDonald House, Program Director at The Cancer Connection, and Oncology Manager at a cancer center. For nearly two decades I sat with people in their hardest, most transformative moments. I learned what falling apart really looks like. I learned what finding your way back looks like too.
That experience, combined with my own midlife journey, gave me something most coaches don't have. I've lived every part of what your listeners are going through. Not theoretically. Actually.
I've also spent years helping women assess their relationships, navigate unfulfilling partnerships, and find the courage to choose differently. My zone of genius is boundary setting and honest communication — not from a textbook, but from real life, real problems, and real transformation.
Today I work with smart, capable, high functioning women who are exhausted from running everyone else's life and have quietly lost themselves in the process. They're crying in their car, snapping at the people they love, and lying awake at 2am wondering if this is really it.
